Prior to illustrating, a quick photo of guests who approach me at the table will be taken, capturing their essence and likeness in the moment
I will start live illustrating in front of attendees in my signature style and complete personalised illustrations in 5-10 minutes for the duration of the session
Finished artworks will be presented in a protective sleeve and ready to be picked up within a few minutes, offering guests a cherished keepsake they'll remember forever
For a limited time, all booking made in 2024 will receive complimentary personalised wedding logos printed onto premium artist grade paper for their illustrations.
Wedding logos will include the name of the bride and groom, date and wedding venue.

Here are some of our frequently asked questions about our live wedding guest illustration services
To book me for your wedding, simply fill in the booking form, or send us an email with the details of your event. I aim to respond within 1-3 business days with availability and pricing.
The number of custom portraits completed in one event can vary depending on the duration and specific circumstances. Typically, I can complete a single portrait illustration at 8-10 minutes per person, duo/pair illustrations at 5-10 minutes per person, and trio+ illustrations at 6 minutes per person (averaging around 7-10 people per hour)
The number of hours to book me depends on the size of your event and the number of guests you would like to have illustrated. It is a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 6 hours with an average of 7-10 people illustrated per hour.
I can provide recommendations based on your specific needs to ensure adequate time including options that would allow illustrations of extra guests that were not able to be illustrated on the day (this will need to be discussed prior to your wedding date to ensure all photos of guests are taken to be illustrated after the event).

Guests can continue enjoying the event and do not need to stay at the table while I illustrate, however they are definitely welcome to watch as their illustrations are being drawn.
Yes, I'll certainly illustrate the bride and groom in my signature style to beautifully capture them on their special day.
On the day of the event, I will only require a designated space with a table and chair setup. All other materials and equipment will be supplied.
I love using markers and ink to create my illustrations as they are quick drying and vibrant in colour. I also use premium artist grade paper to ensure quality throughout my work. All finished illustrations will be placed in a well presented plastic sleeve which adds extra protection to the artwork.
